“We the People” Have Had Enough!
Loading ...“Yesterday, March 21, 2010, was indeed a historic day. I believe the Constitution of the United States of America took the largest, single most devastating blow in her history. No bomb, no terrorist attack, no military action could ever come close to weakening our “Constitution”. She stands tall and proud with the support of “We the People”. But, this was worse, much worse - a blow from within. The very people sworn to protect and honor Her have betrayed Her and the citizens who hired them. Even more ominous than the legislation itself was the way it was implemented - with near total disregard for the “will of the people”, underhanded, backroom and sweetheart deals, and manipulation of the law. At a time when our country is facing an economic crisis of unprecedented proportions, our elected officials cram down our throat a Bill that will quite possibly bankrupt our nation, not to mention countless individuals who are already struggling to survive. The people we elected and sent to Washington DC to represent “We the people”, have failed us and the Constitution. They have completely forgotten who sent them there and who they work for. It’s time that “We the people” remind them. November elections are coming. I believe it is time for each and every one of us to do our homework, find out who voted for this atrocity, recall and replace them. And this should only be the first wave. Let not our memory fade come 2012. We should not stop until we have purged DC of this virus that has been growing for so long. HealthCare Reform
Yesterday March 21, 2010, the Democrats launched a major offensive on the constitution of the United States of America. Just one more battle in a long war against freedom. But, this one was different. So blatant and in your face. “We don’t care what the country needs or wants. We only care what the Democratic Party needs and wants. And we are willing to do anything to get it.” The legislation itself is not nearly as ominous as the ramifications of it.
Runaway Toyota
My hat’s off to the driver of that Prius and the police officer (CHP Investigates Runaway Toyota). There may have been a better way to handle the situation, but there are almost always multiple “correct” solutions. Regardless of the solution they chose, they kept their cool, and brought this nightmare to a safe conclusion.
As for the Toyota, we need to keep in mind the complexity of the average American automobile these days. We, as a society, constantly demand more and more “green” and fuel efficient autos. In addition, we constantly demand more and more “safety” devices, to make us ever less responsible for our poor driving skills. Many of these devices, by necessity, have total control over such important things as accelerators and brakes.

Propose This in 2009: Start a Bill to Place all Politicans on Social Security
Perhaps we are asking the wrong questions during election years.
Our Senators and Congresswomen do not pay into Social Security and, of course, they do not collect from it.
You see, Social Security benefits were not suitable for persons of their rare elevation in society. They felt they should have a special plan for themselves. So, many years ago they voted in their own benefit plan.
In more recent years, no congressperson has felt the need to change it. After all, it is a great plan.

Finally…The Million Dollar Question Asked
It was recently announced that the Obama Administration is currently in talks to pull out of the public health insurance option that has been forced down America’s throat the last 6 months. Could it be that Obama finally realized this is a democracy and Americans are just not ready to accept a dictator? More than likely, it has something to do with the fact that Obama doesn’t believe in the very product he’s trying to sell to the rest of the country and he made that very clear on August 11, 2009 when asked directly in an interview with ABC News.

Quotes the Liberals Don’t Want You to Hear: A very enlightening article indeed. It might be interesting to note that Aristotle was a student of Plato. And when our founding fathers sat down to hammer out our constitution, they were all keenly aware of the writings of these great philosophers, as well as many others. They didn’t just “dream” it all up. No, our founding fathers were great historians as well as statesmen. They drew on centuries of wisdom and experiences of the past. Today’s typical politician is not nearly as well versed in history or philosophy. Most are lawyers or businessmen, better at manipulating people or the “system” to get what they want today with little or no regard for the ramifications tomorrow. Today’s political system is no longer “representative”. The government, more and more, decides what’s to be done. The House and Senate really no longer vote what their constituency tells them to vote. They instead get together and decide amongst themselves what’s best for their constituency. Then along comes Barack Obama. A suave Democrat who somehow sweeps into office, despite a murky past, sweeping controversial issues aside, sealing files and hiding facts along the way. Now, with the Democratic Party firmly in control, they are spending and legislating their way to absolute control. Guns aren’t the only way to control the people. What about food, fuel, and yes, medical care!
